Article 1 (Applicability)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the application "Amimono-cho" ("the App") provided by the developer of the App ("the Developer"). By downloading or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The App provides the following features:
- Pattern Analysis: AI analyzes images of knitting patterns and generates explanations of symbols, techniques, and instructions.
- Color Preview: AI generates recolored finished-product images based on a product image and yarn photos.
- Project Management: Record and manage knitting projects.
Article 3 (Plans)
- Free Plan: Up to 3 pattern analyses and 3 color previews per month. Project management is unlimited.
- Premium Plan: Unlimited pattern analyses and color previews.
- The Premium Plan is offered through in-app purchases (auto-renewable subscriptions) provided by each platform (Apple ID, Google Account, etc.).
Article 4 (Subscriptions)
- The Premium Plan is a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
- Subscription fees are charged to the user's platform account (Apple ID, Google Account, etc.) upon purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions can be managed and canceled through each platform's subscription management screen (on iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions).
- No pro-rated refunds are provided for mid-period cancellations. Refunds are subject to each platform's policies.
- When changing devices or reinstalling the App, subscriptions can be restored by signing in with the same platform account. The "Restore Purchases" feature within the App is also available.
